Shipping

• Most products are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
• Right now we ship within the United States only.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
• Because many products are made to order (especially custom items), we can't accept returns for change of mind — but if something isn't right, tell us and we'll work with you.
