›Who designs the products?
Every design is created by our founders, Isabelle (10) and Tyler (8). Adults help with printing, shipping, and running the business side — but the creativity is 100% kid-powered.
›Are the products really made by kids?
The designs are! Production is handled by professional printing partners so the quality is something everyone can count on.
›How do custom orders work?
Fill out the Custom Orders form with your idea. We review it (with our parents), reply by email with a design preview and price, and only make it once you approve.
›How long does shipping take?
Most items are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days, plus transit time. See Shipping & Returns for details.
›Can I return an item?
If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it. Made-to-order items can't be returned for change of mind.
›How can I support Everything Creative?
Shop our collection, share the site with friends, and follow our socials when they launch. Every order helps two young creators keep creating!
